when using the phone out service on IM what extra charges are there to cell phones in the US?
If i am in another country and trying to call someone in the US that only has a cell phone what extra charges will there be aside from the .01cent per min. sense it is a cell phone and not land line? It said there may be an extra charge but it does not say how much???.....
