INDIANAPOLIS — Sprint Nextel will acquire the SkyTel bandwidth assets of Indianapolis-based Bell Industries in a $13.5 million deal, the companies said Thursday. Bell purchased SkyTel in January for approximately $23 million. SkyTel provides wireless data and messaging services in the U.S.
